Therapy Dogs
Our School Therapy Dog Program brings comfort, connection, and emotional support to students and staff throughout the district. Each of our therapy dogs is a certified member of Therapy Dogs United and receives professional training through Off Leash K9 in Washington, Pennsylvania. These highly trained dogs play an important role in creating a positive school climate by helping reduce stress, supporting students during challenging moments, encouraging positive social interaction, and providing a calming presence in classrooms and common areas. Through their gentle nature and specialized training, our therapy dogs help foster a supportive environment where students feel safe, cared for, and ready to learn. 🐾
